Since 2004, a network of MICE and convention professionals have been creating, planning and organizing under the direction of Antje Brauers, CEO of Corporate Events by Marcoms Factory GmbH. For each event, the full-service organizer puts together a team of professionals individually tailored to your event. This saves our customers the costs of tremendous admin costs and gives us the opportunity to explicitly respond to your individual wishes.

Our specialists come from all areas of the event industry, committed to delivering exceptional events. With us you will find catering teams with professional chefs and trained service staff. Technicians who are audio, video and lighting experts, pyrotechnicians and of course the true stars, people who provide fantastic entertainment. Artists who cover the full range: live musicians, DJs, acrobats, magicians, walking acts. Of course, we also have photographers and cameramen, moderators and wonderful hostesses to take care of your event that will leave a lasting impression. From digital invitation management, to participant registration, to digital check-in. 

And if you need professional speakers, we can organize them as well!

Management

Marcoms Factory has been owner-managed since it was founded in January 2004. Antje Brauers lived in Los Angeles from 1988 – 89 after graduating from a business school. After returning to Germany, she started her career in the hotel, tourism and airline industry. She also worked for SATO, a travel service for the US Military. Antje held various marketing positions.

In 1999, Antje Brauers made an industry change to telecommunications. With the completion of her marketing studies in 2000, she moved into marketing management positions and crowned her career with the step into self-employment in 2004. Ever since, Antje Brauers has been running her event agency very successfully and can look back on a renowned customer list of over 300 corporate clients.
